At Shop for Electric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused, in the same condition you received it.

    • In its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at help@shopforelectric.com.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Items without proof of purchase.

  • Customized or special-order items.
